The project

Seares received a grant under the Tuscany Region's ESF+ Regional Programme 2021-2027 (PR FSE+ 2021-2027), awarded under the public call “Avviso pubblico per l'assegnazione di contributi ai datori di lavoro privati a sostegno dell'occupazione – Annualità 2023-2025” (grants to private employers to support employment, years 2023-2025), approved by Executive Decree no. 848/2023 as amended.

The call is managed by ARTI – Agenzia Regionale Toscana per l'Impiego (Tuscan Regional Employment Agency) as Intermediate Body, and is part of GIOVANISÌ, the Tuscany Region's programme for youth autonomy.

Aims and results

  • 01Support the employment of workers facing the greatest difficulties in entering or re-entering the labour market.
  • 02Encourage hiring on permanent contracts or fixed-term contracts lasting at least 12 months.
  • 03Strengthen the Seares team on a stable basis, thanks to the support of the European Union and the Tuscany Region.
